Lemon Tree Hotels launches its first Resort property in Delhi NCR

LTH management arm Carnation Hotels to operate Silverglades 70-room resort




Lemon Tree Hotels (LTH), the fastest growing Indian hospitality chain, inaugurated its first resort hotel in Delhi NCR at Tarudhan Valley, Manesar.

Carnation Hotels, the hotel management joint venture partner of Lemon Tree Hotels has taken over the management of the resort, developed and owned by the Group Silverglades. The management agreement was signed by Rattan Keswani, Deputy Managing Director – The Lemon Tree Hotel Company and Chairman- Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd, and Anubhav Jain, Director – Group, Silverglades.



Branded as Lemon Tree Hotel, Tarudhan Valley, this one-of-its-kind property is nestled in the Aravalis, encompassing picturesque greens and serene water bodies. Mere 40-minutes drive from the Ambience Mall and 25-minutes from IFFCO Chowk respectively, this beautiful and sprawling retreat spread around 72 acres, envelopes a 9-Hole Golf Course designed by Graham Cooke, one of the most respected golf course architects in North America, and Canada’s legendary amateur player.



Designed to suit all experiences, this landscaped getaway offers 70 contemporary well appointed rooms including 18 studio apartments that offer an awe-inspiring view of the golf course. Together with a club house, that comprises of Skinners- a themed bar and restaurant, a rejuvenating Spa- Tattva, an invigorating Fitness center, an Archery Range, a Billiards room, Kids zone and a play area; the resort also offers numerous games courts and outdoor activities along with a lap-size swimming pool, to captivate its guests and enthrall its multi-faceted visitors, of all ages.
The resort hotel also has an exclusive Banquets Arena that comprises of three large conference rooms and manicured gardens to host a variety of events, destination weddings and conferences.
