Indulge in the foods and fantasies of Arab
lands, only at Barbeque Nation’s “Wahrabia Food Fest”. Wahrabia Fest will give guests a Middle Eastern dining experience in
terms of ambience and cuisine. Visit any of Barbeque Nation’s 11
outlets in the Delhi-NCR region (Connaught Place, Jangpura, Saket,
Vasant Kunj, Pitampura, Janakpuri, Vivek Vihar, Noida, Faridabad, Sohna Road
and Sushant Lok) between November 9 and 20 to explore
Lebanese, Egyptian, Moroccan, Turkish and other Arab cuisines.
Barbeque Nation outlets will have an
ambience transporting guests to a scene from Arabian Nights. Barbeque Nation will
offer patrons a chance to experience traditional Arabian dishes such as Jojeh Kebab – chunks of chicken
marinated in saffron and grilled to perfection, Rubian Mashwi – chargrilled prawns marinated with Lebanese spices, Dabel Kebab, Arabian Kafta Lamb Seekh – minced lamb on seekh, and Samak Harrrah Al Shara - Pomfret baked
with crushed garlic and coriander and served with pepper sauce. Vegetarians will enjoy tantalizing
preparations such as Sea Soya Kudra, Egyptian Zuben, Afelia Pasta Zucchini
Fasigratin and Curried Chick Peas.
The highlights of the festival will
be the live-counters where dishes like Kesabi
Dejaj, Chicken Shawarma, and Riyash Mashwi, will be cooked in
traditional style. Customers will be able to bask in the aroma of marinated,
skewered meat sizzling over hot grills and tawas. Cold mezze offerings like
Fattoush, Hummus served with crisp pita, Mouttabal, and Cheese Barrah will be
enjoyed right at the tables.
For dessert, customers will be
able to enjoy traditional sweet dishes from exotic land such as Baklava -rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo
filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with honey, Muhallabieh
– creamy milky pudding with roses, pistachio and lemon syrup and Arabic pudding.
