Not too many things can compare to a lavish Sunday brunch at one of the best hotel restaurants like Pavilion 75, WelcomHotel Dwarka in Delhi. In the past couple of years, it has introduced special brunch menus aimed specifically at the brunch-eater. From the more traditional eggs on toast, to a wide range of seafood, salads, elaborate Indian fare and even some refreshing cocktails on the side; you have the option of choosing between a sumptuous buffets or going the a la carte way—they cater to varying tastes and preferences. So, wake up late after a long Saturday night out, and head to one of these spots for a leisurely afternoon of good food and drinks.
The ambiance of this place is full of bright and vibrant colors with ample natural light that flows in from the front façade made of glass. It’s a huge place with lots of sitting and various food counters. One can have a chilled out afternoon with friends and family over awesome Tiki cocktails and chilled Hoegarden beer combined with numerous cuisines. They have put up most counters than any other place I have seen in recent times. Be it the Indian Kebabs, Cocktails mixing, Seafood, Churros, Donuts and the Gulab Jamuns. Salads were really very good especially the fruit cocktail and the artichoke salad. They also do octopus salad in form of wraps. Not to forget the chicken Dimsums, which were to die for though the oriental fare can be improvised a little bit as the flavors were not coming thru properly.
The kebabs were amazing and the Indian curries like the Lal Murgi and the Dal were nicely done too. I relished the European counter much which had the beer can chicken and the black forest pork with polenta.
Much focus has been given to the Desserts, like a big variety in the patisserie section, the Indian sweets like the Malpua Rabri, Rajbhog etc. The Churros and the freshly made donuts were awesome in various flavors and colors.
The ongoing promotion is with unlimited Hoegarden Beer which is a stupendous deal for sure. A must visit for everyone who loves good food in a great company like of their own family and friends.
