Hyatt Place, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon recently completed 2 years and a Sunday brunch
was organized in its fervor. The brunch had a number of guests from the food
and beverage family and it was indeed an afternoon to cherish. Good food
accompanied by pleasant desserts in the presence of co-bloggers, Who does
not look up to such events? The cake cutting ceremony by the GM, Maulina Gupta
and the Head chef in presence of other prominent members of the Hyatt
fraternity further made the afternoon more appealing. An interactive session
with some of the great connoisseurs of the food industry were something that
everyone aspires for a wholesome experience.
We had much to choose from a sumptuous selection of
Indian, Western & Asian delicacies served in the elaborate buffet. We were
spoilt for choice as selection was vast ranging from an expansive variety of
Salads, Antipasti, Live Counters and Desserts.
Well, Hyatt has always given the best of food
experiences and the Sunday brunch was equally good. From salads, pickles, to
main courses and desserts all bore the fine essence of absolute flawlessness.
The team had indeed played an incredible role to carve out one of the finest
luncheon experiences. Undoubtedly everybody loved the afternoon and
congratulated the fraternity on their anniversary.
From the cocktails
to Mocktails; salads to sides; starters to mains; nobody had any areas to
complain for. Gallery Café had indeed done an outstanding job in making the
guests feel honored and satisfied without an inch of flaw. The plush green
lawns had setup for the live grills and Mexican section which was again a highlight
of the whole experience.
In a short span of 2 years Hyatt Place has proved that it’s
the best business class hotel in the whole area, serving the local as well as the
