Pa Pa Ya, Modern Asian Bistro, from the House of Massive
Restaurants launching this weekend
The newest entrant in the Capital city from the House
of Massive Restaurants and a brain child of Mr. Zorawar Kalra, is modern
Asian Bistro Pa Pa Ya.
After witnessing stellar success in Mumbai, Pa Pa Ya is all
set to add Asian influences to the culinary plateau of Delhi at Select
CityWalk, Saket, launching on December 16th, 2016.
I had an awesome experience at Pa Pa Ya Mumbai last year when it just opened up.The creativity which I witnessed in each dish was nothing less than creating the 8th wonder of the world. Superb presentation, Stellar Taste and astounding innovations. Chef Sahil is a talent warehouse and needs no special introduction though. He has worked with Wasabi at Taj and Tian at ITC which are like mecca for Modern Asian cuisine.
Pa Pa Ya is one of the tallest restaurants in NCR (may
be in India) with an exceptional ceiling height of 70 feet, created by a
reputed Japanese design house, an off shoot of the renowned Super Potato.
From the House of Massive Restaurants, Pa Pa Ya offers a
perfect balance of culinary art along with exception gastronomical experience
and destination dining. Its expansive menu represents influences from Thailand,
Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia and Singapore,
amongst others.
Using latest innovations and technology in molecular
gastronomy along with cutting edge, contemporary cooking techniques, it aims at
offering a unique and first-of-its-kind experience. Pa Pa Ya endeavors to
revolutionize Asian dining on a global scale.
The menu is carefully curated and will leave everything you
have witnessed before, look dated.
