Barbeque Nation is offering customers rose flavored foods and chocolate desserts.
The menu has starters like Veg Gulabi Tikki – traditional paneer and aloo tikki with a hint of rose flavoring and Gulabi Tangri - chicken wings marinated in, among other spices, rose essence.
Barbeque Nation will also serve some rose flavored main course dishes such as Gulabi Kofta - kofta balls stuffed with rose petals; Gulabi Shorba - tomato soup infused with rose essence and Gulab Soya Biryani.
To add sweetness to their food and day, customers will be served mouthwatering desserts like Gulabi Phirnee; Rose Brownie- a chocolate brownie infused with rose petals and Gulabi Pastry.
