The Ancient Bar-Be-Que -TAB, is a contemporary and
stylish casual fine dining restaurant based upon the concept of live grills and
buffet. TAB is
located at Good Earth City Centre next to Formule 1 Hotel, Sec-47-50, Near
Sohna Road, Gurugram. It’s on the
second floor of the complex and has around 120 pax seating plus it also boasts
of open terrace ideal to host around 70 people.
This restaurant has been
serving for almost 3 years now and has consistently been innovating and
presenting something new to its customers after every few months. They have
recently come up with a new range of Starters and named the concept as “Grills
on Fire” . The
festival holds up an extensive special menu curated by Chef Ashish Massey (Director, TAB), Rohini T. Chawla & Sadaf Hussain
(MasterChef 2016 Contestants) & Majid Khan (India’s Biryaniwalla).
26 new starters have been
incorporated (13 veg and 13 non-veg) to attract newer foodie crowds and
tantalize their taste buds.
We were lucky to savour most of the stuff at the
very 1st day of the festival which runs till 12th
February. The Main course option, salads and the Desserts are being served as
usual on the Buffet. Not to forget the Drinks both Alcoholic as well as Non

Biryani Chicken, Prawns Verde, Mutton Galouti with Ulta Tawa Prantha, Patrani
Machi, Mexican Chicken Wings with Hot Sauce, Chicken Korma, Chicken Biryani,
and Chicken Changezi among others.
