celebrating YUMCHA Festival,
where you can indulge yourself in a fine selection of unlimited hot and
delicious Eastern delights simply called Dimsums such as Spicy asparagus in Thai
flavors, Yummy cheese in chilly, Crystal wild mushroom, Prawns Hargow, Water
Chestnut, Char Sui Pork Bao to name a few with aromatic Jasmine Tea and Xifan
Congee (a thin rice soup).
Yum Cha is a Chinese style morning or
afternoon tea, which involves drinking Chinese tea and eating dim sum
dishes.
Though, I must admit that each Dimsum was done very
nicely with flavors coming out very well. But amongst so many, the stars were
the Yummy cheese in chilly and the Crystal Duck and Cherry. You should not miss
them at all. I bet you will not stop at one…Other variants like the Chicken Siewmai
and the Spicy asparagus are not to be missed too. The best part is you can have
unlimited servings of the Soup and the Tea during the multiple courses of Dimsums
you are going to eat.
For the sweet cravings, they have a provision of nicely done
Coconut Ice cream, though it was too sweet for my palate yet was delicious.
They also serve a Cheesecake if you wish to try that.
