This season, Cascades, our multi-cuisine restaurant is ready to take you on a gastronomical journey with its newest presentation of Pan Asian fare where our master chefs have curated a delightful menu for the culinary aficionados. The menu will cover regions of China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Every Friday, indulge in eclectic tastes of the cuisine as you witness vivid sights of live Khao Suey, Sushi, live spring rolls counter and much more.
Savour the signature dishes such as Nem Ran (Vietnam Spring Rolls), Sushi, Sashimi, Tofu Panang Curry (Malaysian Curry), Malay Fish curry with Okra. End the culinary journey on a sweet note as you indulge in Vietnamese Sago and Jaggery Pudding, Macao specialty Egg Tart and many more.
The menu has been curated by our own Executive Sous Chef, Sanjay Browne, who says, “We have introduced Pan Asian nights at Cascades in an attempt to offer something more to our discerning guests while they dine at our all day dining restaurant.
